I am a integrative counsellor who works therapeutically with children, young people, families and individual adults. I have worked in a nurturing capacity with a number of charities supporting individuals, families, parents, children and young people with their emotional growth. I have experience in trauma informed settings. I work at your pace in a nourishing environment to support you through changes that life brings. This could be through active listening or by using creative therapeutic methods such as drawing, art and sand tray work.
I am also a teacher with years of experience in early years, primary and special needs settings and so have a deep understanding of the needs of children, young people and families.
