Hello, I am Paula and I would love to hear from you to see how we could work together. If you are new to counselling please don’t worry as together we can explore the best approach. If you have had previous counselling I am an integrative practitioner, trained in CBT, person centred and psychodynamic approaches. I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs. I fully appreciate that research is important when finding the right counsellor so here’s a bit about me. I love my job because it’s so much more than a job, I get to work with individuals navigating some of life’s biggest challenges. I will meet you as you are, without judgment and we will sit or walk together through this chapter. I could give you a dozen labels defining who I am, will they help you? Possibly, or perhaps add to the confusion! If you know what you would like to know about me or my approach please get in touch and I will do my best to answer authentically.

I have over 11 years experience working in various settings in the community and charity sectors as well as GP surgery and employee assistance programmes.
