I am an Integrative Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor which entails a combined approach to Counselling that brings together different elements of specific therapies. I take the view that there is no single approach that can work for each individual.

I am a warm and caring individual with a natural empathic approach. I offer a safe, warm welcoming, open and non-judgemental space where you can be at ease. This space allows you to explore thoughts and feelings freely.

The relationship in which we build is extremely important in the therapy process and I will focus on building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship as a foundation for the work that we do together.

I specialise in both Drug and Alcohol Counselling, Bereavement, Grief and Loss. Anxiety and Depression, Feelings of sadness, Trauma, Panic Attacks, Relationship issues, Work related issues, Low Self-Esteem - many more areas - as well as General Counselling.
