I will help and encourage you to come up with solutions to help you move forward with your life and get you to a place where you will feel more content and happier with life.
As each and every client is unique I offer an individual iapproach and will work around your needs. I am a firm believer in the therapeutic relationship which is based on a non-judgmental and empathic understanding of you as a person and I will provide you with a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential setting.
