My name is Sam and I am an accredited counsellor with The National Counselling Society. I started ‘Blue Meadow Counselling’ to offer support to those of you who want someone who will listen. First and foremost I see my role as a listener and secondly as a calming and steadying presence in these uncertain times. I believe that I can help you navigate through troublesome areas and move forward in your life.



I work in an integrative way and have counselled all ages: having worked with secondary school students through to working with Age UK. I offer professional and confidential telephone or online counselling sessions via Teams or Skype.



I am also a qualified yoga teacher so this gives me the opportunity to bring this and mindfulness into my work if this is something that both you and I feel may be beneficial. I am calm, empathetic and non-judgemental. I have a special interest in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety or depression.
