First of all, well done on taking the first step on this journey. I work with clients who are feeling stuck, struggling with depression, burnout, relationships or experiencing a deeper feeling that something is a little off or not quite right. I am a qualified psychosynthesis therapist (further below is more information about psychosynthesis as it is not as well-known as other modalities) and a personal and professional development coach.
I create a safe, warm, non-judgemental (online) space for you to review what is happening in your life and what you would like to change internally and externally. As you deepen your understanding of yourself and what is causing you to feel, believe, act in certain ways, you can begin to move in a new direction with compassion, love and respect for the amazing person you are.
My career background is in the corporate environment (I have worked for two FTSE 100 companies) and Higher Education in incredibly demanding, challenging (and sometimes exciting) roles. I understand what it can feel like to try to keep all the plates spinning whilst struggling with how you feel about yourself, your family, relationships, career, and so on. As someone who experienced complete burnout along with an extraordinary amount of bereavement in a short space of time, I found that being in therapy, helped me to rebuild my life. It was so enlightening and rewarding, that I chose to train as a therapist!
I am currently updating my website, however, you are more than welcome to contact me with any questions and/or for a free 20-minute phone consultation.

What is Psychosynthesis?
Psychosynthesis was developed by Dr. Roberto Assagioli in the early 1900s and is regarded as a further development of Psychoanalysis. We gently explore the whole person; mind, body and spirit/soul, paying attention to all aspects of your experiences and the impact (positive and negative) they are having on your life. Psychosynthesis can be the catalyst to create a deeper understanding of ourselves which in turn creates greater freedom and purpose in our lives as we ‘synthesis’ and bring ourselves into alignment.
