I offer a Person-Centred or Integrative approach to people seeking therapy. This means I will be there to listen to problems and issues in your life without judging you. I will try to give you a safe space where you feel you can talk about what is bothering you in your life. By working together we can explore these problems and find ways to help you manage and cope with life. I can also look at and work through exercises with you to help you find ways to cope and manage. If needed we can also look at worksheets and problem focused techniques. I offer lower cost Counselling to those who may struggle to afford most private therapist fees.
