Life can be really tough. However, your desire to change is already happening!

At the centre of my work is our relationship, building a trusting and solid alliance facilitates your growth and self worth. You will decide what you want to bring each week, and we will explore different ways of thinking about your life, and the changes that you want to make. Having a trusted person alongside you, will remind you that you are able to face life’s challenges.
Our relationship will be built on kindness, compassion and honesty and will facilitate the change that you are looking for. It is not often that we have an opportunity to explore our emotions on a deeper level, my belief is that to share those innermost feelings with another who is open, non judgemental and accepting, can be one of the most healing human experiences.
You are the only person who knows what change means to you, but I will be there by your side, listening and offering thoughtful compassionate challenges to help you think honestly and on a deeper level.

My own experiences and the many years of working alongside the charity sector have enabled me to understand that challenges also come from outside forces, oppression, injustice and marginalisation, whether this be racism, homophobia, transphobia. ableism or abuse.

Transitions are a theme in my work, whether it be navigating university challenges, difficult relationships or feeling like you have hit rock bottom.

We will share a place for you to open up and find some peace each week. You will feel lighter and less burdened after each session.

Feeling compassion for yourself is the start of you feeling change is possible.

Contact me for a free 15 minute telephone consultation and we can start making those changes.

(I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 5pm)
