I support clients from the age of 10 to 70+ who are tired of feeling the way they do, and just want things to be different.

My unique blended approach of therapeutic counselling and transformational coaching provides an opportunity to create change and hope in my clients. One step at a time.

I use a warm, person-centred approach to create a safe, non-judgemental space to talk through whatever is challenging for you. From stressed-out parents feeling powerless to support their kids, to teenagers approaching exams feeling hopeless and overwhelmed, I'm here to help, one conversation at a time, offering empathy whilst we create practical solutions.

I am passionate about supporting my wonderful clients to become empowered to create change in how they feel. Please don't sit feeling miserable any longer. Or watching someone you love feeling that way. The fact you are looking here is fantastic. Contact me today, so we can have a chat. If I can't help, I'll assist you in finding someone who can.

As an online emotional well-being practitioner, I work with children and young people offering text-based counselling and mental health support.

I work with victims and survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse, as well as providing one-to-one bespoke therapeutic coaching services to adolescents and adults with executive functioning issues (involving the 'air traffic control systems of the mind' including, for example, time management, task completion and impulse control), some of which are challenges arising from neurodiversity (eg attention deficit disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or autism). Part of this support involves identifying the superpowers contained within neurodiversity.

I also provide time-limited therapeutic coaching interventions within the finance and corporate sector, meeting the needs not addressed by traditional employee assistance programmes. These include the challenges of remote working, identifying triggers for work-based stress, issues around the menopause along with problems around work / life balance and communication.

My counselling services are flexibly-delivered in person (within Lincolnshire), or nationwide on the telephone or via video.
