I feel we all need a little help at times. Life is a rollercoaster and throws many challenges at us. If you are feeling overwhelmed by everyday life, have experienced an event which has affected your feelings or don’t understand why you are not feeling yourself, counselling could help you understand your thoughts, feelings and triggers.
I provide a safe and non-judgemental client led environment. A space where my clients can feel comfortable to explore their thoughts and feelings. Allowing self to understand behaviours, feelings and learning new coping strategies.
Contacting a counsellor can be scary and finding the right person you will feel comfortable in expressing self with is important. Therefore, I offer a free consultation phone call where my clients can get to know who they will be speaking with and ask any questions.
I have many years of experience of working with adults and young people. I have volunteer experience of working with a sexual and domestic abuse charity. I also have 10 years’ experience of fostering.
I am fully insured and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. I can provide support via video call, phone and face to face.
