My approach reflects my background in that it is the combination of my vast clinical experience as well as the belief and practice of more holistic positive psychology approaches to psychological change. Fundemntally, I belive in connection lying at the heart of all healing, and as such I look forward to forming a strong working alliance with my clients so that we can together to achieve lasting meaningful changes in their lives.

My therapy style is rooted in the person-centred approach but draws upon a wide range of techniques and methods such as; Jungian, Parts Works, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Transpersonal, Mindfulness & CBT and much more!

Each of us is different and will require a unique combination of approaches and techniques, I look forward to getting to know you and together finding the pieces to the puzzle that allows you to step into new realities, stories and a life that you want to live!
