Having spent my 5 years of post-qualification experience working mostly with clients presenting with trauma related to childhood abuse, neglect and addiction from an integrative modality, I consider my "toolkit" to include:

Creativity in my approach to exploring aspects of client work with therapists using their imagination, metaphor and an overall "felt-sense" within the supervision
A comprehensive understanding of dissociation and dissociative identity disorders
Experience and training for working with parts/internal family systems approaches
A humanistic approach
An understanding of and curiosity for how the social systems that we live in impact us and our clients
Training in the neuroscience of how trauma affects the brain
Experience of working within charities and alongside statutory organisations as well as creating my own private practice
A warm, empathic approach which I hope creates a relationship between myself and the therapist where growth, professional development and therapist self-care can flourish.
Supervision fees are £45 per hour session, or £60 per hour and a half.
