I am an experienced person-centred counsellor (with over 5,000 client hours) that can also work experientially. I will work with you on any issues you choose to explore. My aim is to create an environment where you can feel accepted, respected and safe to talk about whatever you want to, without feeling judged. I aim to understand you as if I am stepping into your shoes and seeing the world through your eyes.

I have experience and can work with you on a range of issues including: Anxiety, depression, trauma (including birth trauma), bereavement, loss, self-esteem, stress, addictions (including drug/alcohol/gambling), anger, family/relationship issues, gender/sexuality, self-harm and eating disorders. I can work with children and adults.

I have practised as a counsellor in a range of therapeutic settings, including: with children and young people, counselling carers through a leading carer’s charity, a drug and alcohol charity, a charity supporting addiction recovery, vulnerable people facing homelessness and domestic abuse, and working in perinatal counselling within the NHS.

Also working Online (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp) and by Telephone. If you would like any more information, without obligation, please feel free to give me a call, text or send an email and I will be happy to discuss this with you.
