I have worked in a number of voluntary organisations, including Care For The Carers and CRUSE Bereavement Care. I also have a corporate background, which complements my work as a therapeutic counsellor.

I am a counselling therapist and a registered member of UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and the National Counselling Society (NCS) having completed 4 years Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy training at the Wealden Institute, and I hold the UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice.
I have also studied with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and achieved the Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders Diploma.
