It can be difficult to reach out for help, especially when we need it most. Central to my practice is to build a trusting relationship so that you feel safe and comfortable to freely explore. I can help to make sense of confusing or overwhelming emotions and offer resources to cope. Maybe you are feeling anxious, in pain or struggling to get out of bed. Maybe you are feeling stuck repeating the same old patterns or experiencing relationship problems. Maybe you aren’t quite sure what you’re feeling right now and would like to gain a better sense of well-being. It is your needs that will shape how we go forward with therapy and at a pace that suits you.
I offer integrative counselling with training in Person-centred, Gestalt and CBT schools of psychotherapy, meaning I can provide a flexible approach depending on your individual needs. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space based on compassion and the belief that given the right conditions, you will grow to your full potential.
I have experience dealing with women’s trauma using a Trauma informed Framework.
I also have training in and can offer outdoor sessions.
I am fully qualified and registered with the National Counselling Society and adhere to the ethical framework. I am currently based in Paignton and can offer reduced rates for students or those on a low income. I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation and a reduced rate introductory session.
