I am an established Integrative Counsellor and Life Coach offering short term solution focussed therapy (6-8 sessions) or longer term counselling. I am a qualified to Degree level, registered and accredited with the NCS (which means I am bound to their ethical codes of practice) and experienced in working with many different issues. I have a particular interest in trauma and am a qualified EMDR therapist with EMDR Europe.
My varied career has included work with NHS referrals, professional work in the Criminal Justice System, group work in schools for anger management and self esteem and working with teenagers at risk of going into care.
