I am an integrative humanistic counsellor with over twelve years of experience. I work in an open-minded, non-judgemental and supportive manner to help you reconnect with yourself and your values, and develop inner strength and resilience to live more fulfilling life. I offer confidential, short or long term therapy to individuals and couples.
