I offer face to face and online counselling in a non-judgemental, confidential environment. Sessions give you the space to explore what is important to you, how often can any of us say we do that? I believe each person if given the correct conditions, is able to gain greater self awareness and insight into their situation. In addition, I integrate other knowledge, skills and experience to best suit what you wish to gain from counselling.
I have worked with both adults and children with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, work related stress, trauma, relationship difficulties and bereavement. If there is something in your life that doesn't feel quite right then why not get in touch.
Counselling really is the ultimate in self care, if you had a niggle with your physical health your wouldn't ignore it, so why not give your mental well-being the same importance and respect.
I am a accredited member of NCS (National Counselling Society) and a registered member of the BACP (British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their Code of Ethics, I have an enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.
