I will support you to come to terms with your current life circumstances and find ways to respond that are self-aware, energised, and more 'you'.

I don't know what it's like to be you, however I can empathise based on my own experiences with similar depths of feeling and emotion, and I can therapeutically facilitate you to find your way through yours.
