Khalida is an integratively trained psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. She has a wealth of experience and has worked with clients as young as 4 and as senior as 80. She works flexibly, creatively and collaboratively with trauma informed and compassion focused lenses, adapting to meet the needs of individuals, groups and organisations so that they might harness their innate knowledge, power and potential. Culturally aware with humility. Khalida feels privileged and honoured to do the work she does, enjoying meeting people where they are at and working with them to move towards a more confident and aware self.
