I offer counselling for a variety of issues you maybe faced with now or have experienced in an earlier period of your life. As well as Supervision for other counsellors and professionals to discuss their work to ensure that they continue to work ethically and safely.

There are many different reasons for you to look at counselling but you are taking the first step to looking at working towards a change that you would like.

I am committed to providing you a safe place and building a therapeutic relationship that is unique to you, providing a relationship where you are heard and not judged. A place that works with you as an individual and where you can explore your issues, thoughts and feelings in a safe confidential space.

I work within an integrative approach, meaning I use different counselling approaches together to work with you, meeting your needs within counselling. The end goal to for you to feel that you have made changes that work for you and you set for yourself at the start of our work together.

I work with both long term and short term therapy, as I truely believe that you will be aware of when you have worked through what you wished to.
Sessions are generally on a weekly basis but also understand that other commitments may mean that sessions are fortnightly.

All our work is confidential and remains between ourselves, with the exception of serious criminal activity, serious harm to self or harm to another, due to having a duty of care to both ourself and the wider community.
