I provide a supportive, confidential and safe environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and issues that may be causing difficulties or unhappiness in your life.

I offer a confidential and professional approach so that you can be heard without judgement and so that you feel respected and to help you understand any areas of difficulty, by exploring, personal development and healing in order to develop resources to cope in the future, have a greater understanding and gain relief.

You may be considering counselling because of difficult experiences you’ve been going through, such as a relationship breakdown, bereavement or redundancy.

You may require support dealing with feelings of anxiety, sadness, depression, or low self-esteem that you don’t fully understand or that is making you feel “stuck”.

We all have times in our lives where we feel unable to cope with life’s challenges and pressures and life changing experiences
