Hello my name is Sheri, I am in private practice as a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a free initial and no obligation consultation where we can discuss your needs and how my services and techniques can adapt and work for you. I offer affordable and flexible sessions either from my therapy and consulting room at the MS Therapy Centre Norfolk (situated conveniently near the airport) as well as offering the option of home visits in Norwich and north Norfolk.
As well as running my private practice I currently work one day a week supporting individuals with their personal issues, many of which are as a result of abuse,tragedy or trauma in their past and now result in them experiencing general or occasional anxiety in their lives. This sometimes leads to anxiety disorders or distressing coping manifestations such as OCDs, depression, panic attacks, eating disorders or self harm. As a result they often have difficulty with creating and maintaining relationships and day to day living.
I am also a trustee for the the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre Norfolk (MSTCN) and offer concession rates for clients and their families who may be struggling with the far reaching effects of. this unpredictable condition .
As well as working on a one to one basis with clients I also work as a couples therapist, and as such I'm also happy to integrate the two if appropriate
