I work in a warm, authentic, collaborative way focusing on what is important to my clients. This could be connected with something difficult in the present or past events which are causing distress in the present.
I have extensive experience in a number of presenting issues and in particular working with trauma. Life events can lead to stress, depression, anxiety, anger, sadness and more.
My hope is to offer a safe place where clients can share as much as they feel able to and have an opportunity to reflect and process their narrative with compassion.
I invite potential clients to give me a call so that we can get a sense of what your needs might be and how best I may help you. This brief call is free and may be the starting point for an initial appointment which is charged at £65 for 50 minutes for individuals and £75 for 1 hour for couples. There is no obligation to continue after the initial appointment.
Should we decide to proceed, sessions take place weekly on a regular day and time. We have regular reviews to ensure that you are getting what you need from your appointments. There is no obligation to continue for any longer than you feel is right for you.
