I am an ethical and skilled practitioner working with adults and young people, with a specialism of working with children.

I work integratively, which means I use different approaches from the major therapeutic models to suit your needs. This includes Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Stress and Anxiety.

I hold a current DBS (Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate) for working with children.
