I am an experience counsellor accredited with NCS with 13 years therapeutic practice experience. I have primarily worked in a drug and alcohol oriented therapeutic role (12 step treatment) but within that I have encountered a wide range of problems and challenges that individuals meet in life. I have qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Psychotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and NADA Auricular Acupuncture. I am also interested in gut health and food for medicine, yoga and meditation as resources for well being and self healing to support your therapeutic process .
