My approach is solution focused tailored to your personality and needs. I can help you to manage emotions and problems affecting your well being from spiralling out of control. This can be due to what ever is affecting your life, whether it is a bereavement or high levels of anxiety. We will work together to dismantle any barriers to your successes and unlock hidden strengths with in you to reach your targets. The fusion of counselling with coaching enables me to go to depths needed to help you feel whole, safe and able to cope and manage your life again. I can help you to set goals and manage them with personalised smart targets reflecting on processes that work for you, building resilience, adaptability and acceptance of change and uncertainty.
Our initial meeting will be an exploration of your needs, and how you are feeling and being affected by your concerns and what you would like to achieve. It will also allow us time to work out whether we will be able to work together. I usually recommend 6 sessions, and once we agree to work together we can book in our next agreed sessions.
