As a counsellor, I can offer you a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings and help you move forward in life.
Personal therapy service (discounts for students).
I have over 6 years’ experience of working with all age groups in a variety of settings including health centres, schools, colleges and community projects.
My experience includes supporting children and their families in special schools and pupil referral units.

What is couples or relationship counselling?
The aim is not to point the finger and blame, but to help both of you connect emotionally – to listen to their partner differently, learn to communicate more effectively and create, if appropriate, a happier and healthier relationship going forward together.

Who is couples or relationship counselling for?
This therapy is for those who both want to make a difference in their relationship and within themselves.
It offers a couple, or an individual, space to explore their feelings and reflect on their relationship and their interaction patterns. she says. It can help you gain insight, resolve past relationship issues and understand why you behave as you do in intimate relationships.
