This 1 day Workshop is for Counsellors and Supervisors who are interested in or are currently working with children and young people.
The Workshop will:
1. Help build skills, knowledge, values and confidence when working with children and young people.
2. Explore ethical considerations raised when counselling children and young people
3. Examine child protection challenges when counselling with organisations.
4. Introduce the PREVENT duty.
Look at Good Practice Guidelines and process for reporting disclosure.
