Stress is a huge problem in modern society. More and more of us are afflicted with chronic stress, and it’s making us miserable. If you’re suffering from stress it’s very important that you find ways to de-stress and relax. Stress isn’t just a nasty feeling. It can also have serious long-term effects on your health and wellbeing. We all know on some level what stress is. It’s a physical and emotional response to a pressured situation. Of course, getting rid of the thing that’s stressing you out is a big help in dealing with stress – but that is not possible for many people. We can’t all switch from a stressful job to our dream career at the drop of a hat, for example. At least, not without incurring different kinds of stress (trying to pay rent without a steady income, for example).
