I am a Integrated Psychotherapeutic Councillor, accredited with the National Counselling Society (NCS) and Hypnotherapist. I work in the NHS as a registered general specialist nurse, and have experience in a wide range of issues.
My approach is to enable adults and young people to be able to reconnect to themselves, their body and their environment in order to live a satisfying life. I believe everybody should be able to talk about their feelings, without feeling fear or judgement.
