I am an integrative therapist with NHS experience. Being integrative means that I can work at your pace with a wide variety of skills tailored to suit your individual needs. I am aware that with therapy, not one size fits all and I pride myself in working with you to reconnect you with your values in life.
I understand how difficult it can be to face your fears and to explore the things that appear to be troubling you, but I am here to help you take those first steps.
