I am an advanced integrative psychotherapeutic therapist, I have studied a range of therapeutic principles and philosophies which enable me to adapt to the unique needs of my clients. I provide an environment for a client to feel safe and comfortable to express their feelings in confidence and without fear of judgement. My strength is in my empathic approach to working with my clients and I believe that this facilitates the creation of a solid foundation for a therapeutic relationship. Throughout my career and now, as a therapist, my experience has been that the most important thing for each of us is to know that we have been listened to and our views valued. In our sessions I provide the tools to help my clients build the confidence to find answers for themselves, finishing therapy having taken ownership of their future, developed through making their own informed choices.
