Having always had a passion for helping others I recently made a career change from banking to counselling.
Through my own experiences I have learned that our fast paced lives can make it easy to forget to look after ourselves.
I understand what a big decision it is to go to counselling and I know the thought of it can be daunting. I try to provide a warm, friendly space where you feel comfortable enough to be open and honest.
Counselling is a personal experience and I see it as a privilege to be able to support people on their journey.
