I have extended experience in working with teenagers and adults through face to face, online and telephone. I apply an integrative approach drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, EFT, and Trauma Therapy. My specialties lie in the following areas: depression, anxiety, and anger management.
I am also experienced in working with the following areas: self-esteem, self-harm, family issues, bereavement, abuse, young people, eating disorders, suicidal feelings, mindfulness, and a wide range of other difficult issues. I have worked in secondary school.
