I very much believe in building a trusting relationship and in working with people towards understanding their issues and facing up to life. It is never easy to confront issues but in doing so I work to help people develop and grow themselves.

I work as an Integrative Counsellor and my aim is to support and enable each person to find the strength to overcome their difficulties in their own unique way.
