I am an experienced practitioner, specialising in working with young people, and with issues around suicide. My training is integrative, which means that I work using a blend of theoretical approaches that is most suited to each individual client. Core aspects of my theoretical approach are: the work of Alfred Adler, existential philosophy, and psychodynamic ideas - but, ultimately, the key to all of my work is the establishment of a safe, trusting therapeutic alliance between my client and me.
