I am a qualified counsellor practising in Henbury near Blaise Estate, Bristol and a registered member of the NCPS. I have experience working with a wide range of clients and provide a confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I’m particularly experienced working with grief and loss, whether that arises from a bereavement, living with a cancer diagnosis, a relationship breakdown or other significant life events. I understand how significant loss and other difficult life experiences can turn our lives upside down, that we respond to this in different ways, depending on our life experiences, culture, social and family background, support networks, religious and spiritual beliefs.

I understand that people are individuals with their own unique needs and therefore I work in a pluralistic, person-centred way responding to your needs. This means we can work together in a way which best suits you, to explore your own concerns and find your own solutions.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I have an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling; I've undertaken the Awareness in Bereavement Care foundation course with Cruse Bereavement Care; and I have a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes.
