You don't have to struggle alone. I offer person-centred counselling and psychotherapy in the heart of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. I can help you to explore your problems, finding a way forward that is right for you.
I offer short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people over 16. I also offer the opportunity to work creatively, as well as in a more traditional way, through talking. This can give you additional ways to express and work through your feelings.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues, and experience of working in general counselling agencies, primary schools and at a hospice.
