My training as a counsellor was built upon 15 years’ experience within the fields of Public Health and community development, with the last 7 spent in GP practices working with adults with physical and mental health issues. This experience and knowledge are embedded in my professional counselling approach, allowing me to work at ease with a wide range of clients; at times, it also translates into multidisciplinary work or referrals onto services that may complement the counselling process. Following a humanistic integrative approach, I offer my clients a nurturing, supportive and safe environment where they can achieve their goals, as well as heal and grow by integrating body and mind, and accepting the disowned parts of themselves.
I can also offer Lifespan Integration sessions (Level 1).
