Child & Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counsellor - Arts
PGDip, Adv Dip, MBACP

A unique and specialised approach to working with children and adolescents using the arts to acknowledge, experience and process feelings, alongside a professional therapist in confidence.

Seeking help can stir up strong feelings for parents.
I absolutely understand how very difficult it is for parents to watch their child struggle with difficult feelings, especially when they might also be unsure of how to help them. This is very much in my mind when I receive a referral, I see how seeking help for your child can be a very generous act for a parent, to allow your child to find their own voice and understanding of their emotional life in therapy.
