I’m a Bristol-based Hypno-Counsellor, qualified in both hypnotherapy and counselling and I am also an Approved Therapist for AnxietyUK. I have a passion for helping people to recognise their full potential & to step into their awesomeness.

I offer hypnotherapy, and counselling, individual, and group therapy, for you, your family, friends, and colleagues, etc.

HypnoChange4U offers a very personalised service, catering for your individual needs and circumstances.

I also have more than 10 years experience of working in schools, with students from reception, and years 1-13. I specialise in the social and emotional needs, and development, of students. Through stress management and relaxation; one-to-one and group work; I aim to help improve student health and well-being, and support their education, and learning.
