The important of a therapeutic relationship is to build an alliance and a connection to work together. This will develop trust and security as we make sense of your current challenges and difficulty.

Providing a safe place to relief from emotional suffering and support building up a more robust person to security safety in yourself. I offer an initial consultation meeting where it gives you the opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling and whether you feel comfortable working with me and if I can help you. I offer short-term counselling (6-8 weeks) and long-term counselling 15 +

  • Qualifications & Experience
    I hold a MSc in Psychology and BSc (Hon) Counselling Degree from University of East London. I also hold Diploma Psychotherapeutic counselling from the National Counselling Society Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).
