I am an optimistic enthusiastic person who has a firm understanding of the problems life can bring and help find the solutions. I can help you with for example issues such as anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, fears, weight, relationships. I work one to one and with couples. It can feel daunting coming to therapy especially if it is for the first time. The relationship between you, the client and me, the therapist is very important and its good to be able to meet without obligation. To see my therapy room and to decide whether or not you want to work with me, this is why I offer a free initial 45 minute initial consultation. We can discuss how I work and you can ask any questions you may have and look at what has brought you to therapy and what outcome/goal you would like to achieve
Warm regards Jan
