Hi, my name is Kirsty and I am an Intragative Counsellor, Supervisor and Tutor in Therapeutic Counselling. I work alongside various organisations as well as private practice. My overall approach integrates a range of humanistic therapies with particular emphasis on the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my practice. I am blessed to have particularly broad knowledge and experience in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt therapy, Person Centred Counselling and CBT and have experience in providing therapeutic counselling to individuals, groups, children and young people and couples.
I have specialised training in process group therapy, shame, suicide and self harm, domestic abuse, grief and bereavement, working with young people, couples therapy, sex therapy, trauma therapy, PTSD and Dissociation disorder. I am also familiar with phobia cure techniques and working with OCD.
I have additional experience in working with victims of crime.
My overall approach is relational and led by the experiential journey we take together.
