I have been a professional counsellor and therapist for over 24 years. During this time I have worked within a busy NHS IAPT Psychological Therapy Service as Clinical Director and Clinical Lead and have my own Private Practice. My clinical time is spent seeing individual clients, either privately or NHS referred, and this is usually on a weekly basis. However, more frequently I am working with couples and groups and offer supervision to other therapists.
I have gained many thousands of hours clinical experience using psychodynamic, CBT and integrative based therapies, as well as TA, Solution-Focused and hypno-psychotherapeutic approaches.
