As a fully qualified integral psychotherapist, I use a wide range of techniques and theories when working with clients on a one to one basis. This means I attend to the whole person, their perceptions, thoughts, feelings and physical experience working as a whole. My approach to therapy is based on non-judgement, trust and respect and is relational in that I believe, most if not all, psychological distress stems from the quality of our relationships, past and present. An integrative style of therapy allows me to have greater flexibility in assessing you, the client’s needs.

I aim to tailor the therapy to meet clients very specific needs with an empathetic and congruent approach. Confidentiality and trust is essential to the counselling process. Clients may share difficult feelings and thoughts with me safe in the knowledge that their personal identity and information will be retained in confidence.
