I've been a accredited integrative counsellor for 6 years, and worked in a voluntary capacity for a respected local organisation for 2 years as a person-centred therapist.

I was trained as an integrative counsellor; this enables me to take elements from specific therapies, so I’m able to tailor your session to suit you as a unique individual, thus making you feel at ease and in good hands

I believe for counselling to be effective, we need a good foundational relationship between client and therapist. I will provide a safe, confidential and judgment free space to achieve a good working relationship, thus making you as the client feel comfortable so that I can support you on your journey.

I offer short or long term counselling and have appointments to suit you, options of daytime, evening or weekends. Please do not hesitate to contact me, I’m happy to answer any question you may have or to arrange an appointment.

I’m about 10 minute drive from M1 junction 24 & 25 and 5 mins walk from long Eaton train station and it’s on a regular bus route.
