I have experience of working with issues such as stress, anxiety, OCD, grief/loss, abuse, addiction and depression. I have a special interest in PTSD. I work in private practice and offer in person sessions, but would also consider video sessions depending on the client and their issues.
I am Mental Health and Wellbeing governor at my local primary school and feel passionately about meeting the mental health needs of children and young people.
Since 1995 I have worked within the field of workplace rehabilitation; specialising in the assessment and development of rehabilitation and return to work programmes for clients with a wide range of physical disabilities and/or mental ill health.
