I am an integrative counsellor with work experience in both NHS and voluntary settings, working for clients with depression and anxiety, caused by a variety of underlying issues such as low self-esteem, bereavement, traumatic events and past experience of abuse. I am also experienced working in cross-cultural and multi-cultural relational contexts.
Having been through different life transitions myself, such as changing careers, adapting into life in a new country, journeying through different stages of life and relational issues, etc., I have learnt to be open-minded, respectful and empathic to an individual’s unique experiences.
